WebFOCUS is such a cool platform to work with. I love its colorful graphs, charts, and smart maps that are easy to understand. Not all apps can give this kind of performance; that is why I’m sticking to this product as long as I’m satisfied.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’ve been using WebFOCUS for a few months only and I can say that my experience has been nothing but positive. Any minor issues are being dealt with ASAP.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I lack experience in making reports. I usually rely on someone to download them for me. Learning how to use WebFOCUS has empowered me to become more knowledgeable when it comes to numbers.
