What are the best aspects of this product?
It's a fast way to work with HR managers because you've got it all in just few clicks. While companies are getting heavily reliant on advanced softwares, most of the information the HR personnel needs aren't there. Forcing person-to-person contact could easily be compared as a "build and wind" party, managers would gradually turn out to be loose and staff eventually work out how to operate cross-practical.
