What are the best aspects of this product?

It's a fast way to work with HR managers because you've got it all in just few clicks. While companies are getting heavily reliant on advanced softwares, most of the information the HR personnel needs aren't there. Forcing person-to-person contact could easily be compared as a "build and wind" party, managers would gradually turn out to be loose and staff eventually work out how to operate cross-practical.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Honestly, I don't have any negative stuff to say about it right now. You can build up your performance skills by practicing the validated techniques as critique shouldn't be all demoralizing.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Attendance sheets and calendar plan. HR works with the admin to give them all staff data. The management then reviews it to evaluate the workers' performance as it is vital to management's decision-making which also has an impact on the whole organization.
