Solid product, but slightly behind with the new technical design era.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the website version, at least, and I can easily access it. I also like non-profit pricing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'm not enthralled of the general layout. The iOs app doesn't have much feature and the overall software use is not responsive.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use it to support our general HR sequencing, paper filing and the timesheet.
