What are the best aspects of this product?
It was easy to use and seemed like it would work for my needs at first.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The site did not perform to my expectations so I moved to another platform. As the end of my years subscription neared I received multiple emails letting me know that if I didn't renew I would lose my site.
Since I was no longer using the service I did not renew.
Imagine my surprise when I was charged for another year despite verifying in my account that there was no renewal pending.
When I immediately asked for a refund (within 5 minutes of the charge notice) I received an email stating that I could prevent future charges but no refunds would be given.
The only way to prevent this company from fraudulently charging your credit card is to never use them in the first place.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Changing the subscription process from being deceptive to being upfront and easy to manage.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Nothing was made easier. Now we are having to deal with the credit card fraud department to recover funds from them.
