What are the best aspects of this product?

The entire staff has learned how to navigate the application in less than one day. We love its features plus booking for rooms can be done in just a few minutes. The billing system is also very accurate because we don’t receive any complaints anymore with regard to unauthorized or double charges.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Booking a room is pretty easy but changing the dates is a different story. We have to undergo several steps to cancel the initial booking and refresh the system several times. The process can be frustrating on our end because there are instances wherein the re-booking request doesn’t push through, so we have to double-check things to make sure that all the changes will reflect accordingly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The process of booking a room for guests is made easier. You can even access the platform on your cellphone and view the calendar to see how many rooms are available on specific dates. This eliminates the issue of double booking, which is quite common in our business. Any requests or modifications that need to be done as per customer requests can be addressed right on time.
