PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It is a suitable aid for website monitoring regardless of my location. It lets me do it with a small one-minute interval, then it instantly sends me alerts whenever bugs and errors are traced. This is important for managing my ad subscriptions on critical instances, such as when my site fails to function well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It took me a while to figure out how to set a target, back when I’m still new with the tool. It is a good thing, however, that the customer support has helped me sort things out proficiently. After resolving the problem with their guidance, I haven’t encountered the same problem since then.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It is very efficient in delivering data directly from our sites in an instant. Thus, we use it regularly to keep our site running efficiently.
