What are the best aspects of this product?

WebStorm is such an intuitive platform that even people from other departments can use it without a hitch. It is also helpful that we can open supported files from the IDE in a modern browser so that we could check it quickly. What's more, it fast-tracks our development because of its handy syntax highlighting.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

WebStorm's divided screen is not as good as the ones in other popular products. If it could include design and code in the same window, it would be helpful.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use WebStorm to conclude my tasks after coding in Go or Python because it is most suited to this kind of work.
