What are the best aspects of this product?
It's inteface is very complete and easy to use. All the functions you need are there plus you can get plugins if you need more. It is very flexible as it can work with different development paradigms and build systems.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are some arbitrary restrictions like basic PHP support in order to partition IDEs. They can improve on source code management. I think this is the least developed aspect of the solution. Free plugins like VS Code and Gitlook are better in managing workflows like these.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Prototyping things without a requirement for specific environment.
