What are the best aspects of this product?
It is a powerful IDE for Front End. It has great updates for Front End always coming in. I love it! Updates range from Front End Tools like TypeScript, GraphQL, Vue.js, and others. It helps you streamline a lot of tools like version control and task runners.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are performance issues from low-end to mid-range machines. Sometimes on large machines there will be issues when working on large projects. The indexing on the open project causes this and goes away when it is disabled. Unfortunately, this removes important functionalities. It has so many features and it may be too hard to start to use for beginners.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I use it to work with a large project with more than 500,000 files. Webstorm handles it very well and helps me refactor them. It is just wonderful for large projects.
