Helpful and user friendly tracking tool

What are the best aspects of this product?

Webwork Time tracker's best tools are the way it tracks every minute of your employee's day without disturbing the performance of the employee. It is very helpful to review and assess your employees work, even your employees can evaluate themselves.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be nice if they worked more on the tasks section as it is very promising.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

If a task is done, make it "done through the tracker" directly instead of going to the website.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I could manage the absenteeism of employees, their time off, understand their productivity levels and became more flexible when it came to tracking hours of productivity vs being on time. It added a human touch and a common ground in the employee / manager discussions,
