What are the best aspects of this product?

Really none. Comes off as easy to use but it gets messy real quick.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The program becomes unorganized and cumbersome.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would avoid this program.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The program became very messy as soon as you began growing your OKR strategy. The pricing model does not make sense. They charge you a bulk price for even 6-10 users. You end up paying a lot more if you only have 6 users. I switched to Ally.
