Really easy to use

What are the best aspects of this product?

One thing I really appreciate about this is a tool is how it is both user-friendly and visually-pleasing. It's also great that no matter the level of te4ch-savvy the employee is at, it's been easy for them to grasp this software, especially when it comes to making weekly reports. Of course, this means a smoother business process all around for us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

So far, the biggest problem I've encountered us not with the tool itself but in getting team members to use it on a regular basis.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool has made it easier to keep team members in sync with each other, especially with those that work remotely. It does this by letting every member of the team know how far their colleagues are into their assigned tasks.
