What are the best aspects of this product?
Best Aspects: customer service, an abundance of features, easy to use, amazing app, quick response time, constant upgrades and new features, intuitive.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Every minor issue I've ever had has been promptly taken care of.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
They already have all the features I need for my business, and they are constantly rolling out new features.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I opened SkyPole Fitness in August of 2018, so it's still very new. Wellness Living has been amazing to work with. I look forward to opening more studios one day and I'm so excited I have WL behind the scenes.

What was the cost of implementing this product?
I think the prices vary depending on what each studio selects. There's different levels, however, they are much cheaper than Mindbody, with just as much if not more features.
