Intuitive software and very easy to learn and use to get your business up and running quickly

We get the customer service attention we need every time we need it. We spent less money each month and made more money each month. Fast answers. Fast assistance. People care about you getting the info you need to do business. They care.

Why did you decide to change it?

Way too expensive for the service and use we needed. Very difficult customer service. Long wait times. Days before they'd get back to email requests. Put on hold for 30+ minutes. Blew off phone appointments for help with software. Didn't seem to care about my business any longer. I must have been too small for them. They changed their purchase options so you had to upgrade to the higher monthly rate without better service.

I did sign on during a special promotion they had for 50% off the level I wanted for my business and it's Lifetime. No increases as long as I stay a customer. That's awesome.
