What are the best aspects of this product?

This particular application has made our day to day operations a lot easier because everything is catered to in one single platform. It allows us to process online orders of our items, fill up membership forms, book appointments, collect payments, and send bulk marketing emails. I like that I can set up a video call with my staff and clients to finalize plans for major events or appointments.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We sell a lot of our merchandise through our online site, and we were not allowed to add our voucher codes so clients can purchase them at a lesser price, which is only made available on a limited time. It's sometimes challenging to assign a trainer to a particular online fitness class, which makes it frustrating because it confuses my staff.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I appreciate the fact the support team took the time to call me back to get my feedback and concerns about their product. They told me that they are trying their best to give lasting solutions to these things. I am happy that I can schedule and assign more online exercise classes because this is now our primary source of income.
