What are the best aspects of this product?

I’m recommending this WellnessLiving application for the health and wellness industry. It gives you access to features that help you provide a better experience to your clients. Their CS team has been very diligent when it comes to resolving our issues. They call us back to ensure that everything is doing well on our end.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I appreciate the callbacks and follow-ups from the support team, but I hope that they should do this within our office hours and weekdays only. I told them about this concern several times already, and nothing has changed. Also, I hope that they could change the layout of their calendar so my clients can easily choose their preferred schedule. Usually, they call us to ask if there are available slots on particular days rather than directly booking it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

WellnessLiving allowed me to make some positive changes to my business that resulted in its growth for the last six months. I love the way that it enhances our serves offered and makes our tasks easier to accomplish. Since I now have more time in my hands, I can find ways to innovate my brand and satisfy our clients.
