WellnessLiving gives me peace of mind because I am never worried about what could go wrong whenever I use it. I can always bank on their support team to help me resolve unexpected issues from time to time. The tool itself is so smart that it allows me to do so many things with ease and confidence. I use it to encourage my students to book classes online, and I also like how the performance and sales reports are laid out because they make it easier to read and understand.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They should look into the online forms further because sometimes the link is not working. The clients have issues with the online registration form, so I have no choice but to print out a hard copy and enter it manually later on.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I can create my employees' payroll in just an hour or two. I can pull up their attendance record and load it into the payroll system, and the money goes straight to their bank account. It allows me to develop promotions that would entice our clients to participate more and create more good publicity for the company.
