What are the best aspects of this product?
Before switching to this software, I had a lot of doubts and worries on my mind. I was scared of the learning curve and how other people, especially my employees and clients, think of the new app. One of my close friends who was using WellnessLiving recommended it for my business and told me that it works for her, and I have nothing to lose. So I decided to avail of the most basic plan and see how things go from there. I was surprised that the product is packed with amazing features that streamline some of our most repetitive tasks. We can fix client schedules and work on payroll using one system only. Aside from that, I always call customer service to ask for help with a lot of things. Since I am a new customer, it's normal for me to ask questions. I am surprised at how professional and polite the staff is, and they are also willing to provide some pointers and a brief tutorial on how to use WellnessLiving.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
A little bit of tweaking on the staff schedule and client calendar would be appreciated. Sometime I would need to edit an employee profile so I can assign a class under his/her name. Aside from that, there is nothing else that I’m worried about, so I can say that transitioning to WellnessLiving has been one of the smartest decisions that I’ve ever made.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I don’t have to make things complicated by using an excel sheet to schedule one on one or group classes. Clients can book them on their own even if its two weeks ahead of time.
