What are the best aspects of this product?

User friendly. A simple way to send files to anyone. They compress the large files for me automatically. And, I love the drag-and-drop function.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

No customer support other than email.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Sending and receiving files securely. Files are being sent via links. Minimized effort with compressing because it does it for me.
