What are the best aspects of this product?

WeTransfer helps us send large files via email by compressing them. We only need to contact our recipient, give the file, and that's it. It's really simple. Also, I like that we can preview the file before downloading them.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope for the free version limit to be increased and for a faster download of files (but that may also be an internet speed issue on our end).

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Fast file transfer. It is safe, and we can send pictures and videos in bulk so less effort for our clients. .
