No hassle at all when uploading files, sharing files and downloading files! Simple, easy to use, no need to register. Files can even have a password for more secure sharing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

2GB limit and download time expiration on the free version.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Sending large files without installing an application (just use the browser!), no need to use Google Drive or any cloud-based storage, and it does not consume our corporate storage capacity.
