What are the best aspects of this product?
We have been using WeTransfer for many years now and I am delighted with it. I can send files easily without much steps taken compared to other file sharing apps I used. Even non-tech savvy people can use it. And I do not need to worry about reaching the limit of files that I share because it is 20GB, which is a lot.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Nothing
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Sending videos without the worry of losing the quality. It was a great way to share files because my friends and family would ask me to edit specific videos and then ask them to send them to me via WeTransfer. After the edit, I would send it back to them via WeTransfer. Convenient, hassle-free, secured.
