What are the best aspects of this product?
Simple UI, love the drag-and-drop. I can attach files as often and as large as they could be. It can easily be safely transferred to recipients. We can add passwords on the links/files. I also appreciate that we have personal storage of 100GB.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
So far, so good, the app has been doing what it promises to do.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Large files can easily be uploaded and downloaded. Safe download. Fast transaction as we do not need to register. Monitor who accesses the files.
