Wevideo has amazing features and lets you create and store videos securely.

What are the best aspects of this product?

First, the software is cloud-based which means it can be accessed from anywhere anytime provided there's an internet connection. Second, it got good security. I have so many sensitive data that I cannot afford to lose so I saved them in my WeVideo account. I believe they are safe there. Lastly, this tool is user-friendly and has great user interface.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Poor service from the quality support team. Responses are usually delayed and sometimes, the replies do not help at all. They absolutely need to improve it. Aside from this, I find the product a bit pricey. Most of the amazing features can only be accessed if you purchase their most expensive plans. The cheaper one got fewer options.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

A well-planned presentation that includes videos or short clips actually boosts my confidence in the conference room. And WeVideo has been my partner in creating those videos. The best thing, this tool makes the editing process a breeze. It is easy to merge clips, shorted videos, edit, and add audios. Also, this software is my travel buddy. I upload the videos I've recorded during my travel in my WeVideo account and until now they are still there, safe.
