Absolutely awesome support team!

What are the best aspects of this product?

I think the best thing about this program is the team working behind it. They are the lifeblood of this program, and I'm really glad to have them work with us in building my company to greater heights. We have established really awesome rapport with the team, and they have been responsive whenever we raise an issue or ask for their help. They're open to feedback too and often update the program based on our suggestions. I haven't come across any issue that the team has not been able to resolve.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

My only issue is that we haven't commended the team in person yet. They have operations on the other side of the world, but it would be nice to meet them (and personally thank them) someday.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have a varied set of clients. As such, they have a varied (and often curious) requests too. Whenever this happens, we admit that it gets kind of difficult for us to address their needs. Good thing we have the team over at Wialon to back us up. Now, we can address the needs of our clients better, and provide them the technology that they require.
