PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Finally--we can now enjoy a user-friendly tool that caters to our needs. The reports that we've managed to generate from this program are second to none. Plus, I love how we can simply send a request to the team at Wialon to get more information on a particular sector of our business. It's a wonderful tool to use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are just some details missing in the billing statements. For example, I need to be able to log down when our products have been activated so it is clear to our clients when the billing has started. Right now, this information is not available on the invoices. If I could get assistance for this, it would be nice.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'm not entirely sure what this section wants to know from me, but I have found Wialon to be useful and it hasn't really given me any additional problems. However, it has solved the issue of finding a tool that would run multiple processes at the same time. We use this program to bill our clients, manage our accounts, etc. It's been really great so far.
