PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The tool itself works well and fits right within our budget. However, what I feel is really worth commending here is their team. Be it sales or tech and customer support, they have a knowledgeable and impressive team of people working for them. Our first introduction to this program had been through a sales agent, and he had been patient in explaining every aspect of the solution. While we were setting the program up, the tech support team had been helpful as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Their manual or set-up instructions need to be beefed up a little bit. Right now, the details are not very clear and we would need external support just to have everything launched. And while the support team is really competent, they're quite difficult to pin down because they're always so busy.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use this program to track our business dealings--including our resources like the vehicles and drivers. Using this tool is a much more cost-efficient solution.
