What are the best aspects of this product?

Easy to use and has a clean interface. This is a great edge to its competitors as it is not cluttered, making it easier to use it for work. This also makes it easier to understand all the data presented in it. I also love how I can easily communicate with my co-workers and accomplish our individual tasks.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This is more of our issue rather than that of Wimi. There are times that the deadline can put more pressure on people instead of helping them. Not being able to complete a task on time can take a toll on the team's morale and confidence.

Wimi helped us track our activities and give a single platform where we can store information and files. This gives us more confidence to accomplish our tasks as we can check on each other's progress at any given time. As a result, we can track our team's progress and make smart adjustments when needed.
