Great way to organize my work

What are the best aspects of this product?

It is a great collaborative tool. By using Wimi, our team was able to share files and documents with ease. Before, doing this simple task caused us a lot of problems. Organizing tasks and projects is also very easy. We are aware of everyone's tasks and their progress, making it easier to be informed about the overall status of our tasks. Its active messaging system and real-time videoconferencing also improved our communication with one another. Its interface is also great and user-friendly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

While the constant updates solve a lot of problems, it can also be a bit troublesome. If I don't update Wimi, I won't have the same functions as my team, making it hard to access the new set of features they have. This issue caused me to be left behind.

It organized and simplified our work as a team. It also improved our communication, reducing the hours we have to spend on task distribution and updates. This helped us manage our tasks better and greatly improved our productivity. Now, we can focus on all the tasks that need our immediate attention.
