What are the best aspects of this product?

The design is nice. It is clean and you can navigate it easily. It is also very easy to share files using web-based storage such as Dropbox. Tracking the progress of each task is very easy too as it has Gantt charts, calendars and other visual elements that make it easy to understand how the team is progressing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Adding more custom options in the task fields would be a welcomed addition. More tools for collaboration should also be added. I think that right now, it is still a bit limited. Visual collaboration elements should also be added to make Wimi more streamlined.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can place our activities and information on a single platform that everyone in the team can have access to. We can also fix our schedules and base it according to the team's dynamic. Furthermore, we can prioritize tasks according to their importance and urgency. Wimi is a great way to stay in touch with our team without having to constantly call and email them.
