What are the best aspects of this product?

It is simple to use. You can easily create new projects and update existing information. Its user interface is also very stylish. I think this helps me with credibility, especially when I work with other people outside of my immediate group. The design is also very intuitive, making it easier to organize projects.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some of its features can be hard to use, especially if you're only a newbie in using cloud-based software. This can be tricky because a single member of the team who is unfamiliar with the interface, can throw off everyone working on a particular project and stall its progress.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Scheduling tasks became simpler because of Wimi. We can easily update each other whenever we encounter problems. We're also pleased that everyone we introduced this tool to was able to navigate it easily, making it easier for collaborative work. Personally, this helped me focus on my tasks too since I don't have to constantly call and update people on my progress.
