Superb collaboration tool

What are the best aspects of this product?

Sharing documents, files, and reports with other members of the team is very easy. It's also very to track members of my team and their progress. The calendar function is useful too as it allows us to schedule meetings. Contacting clients and team members is also possible using Wimi. You have the option to call them or to simply chat with them. The free trial version is also useful if you want to get a feel of it before purchasing the full version.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The user interface can still be improved. I think its design should be more attractive to users. The drag and drop feature should also be improved.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I can easily share documents with my team and collaborating with them became easier too.
