An excellent multimedia editor from Windows

What are the best aspects of this product?

Windows Movie Maker is a simple software that offers basic functions for editing. There are no complexities to deal with so it is easy to begin using the app. Despite that, it allows me different options for encoding so that I can control the quality of the final video, which will be in the WMV format.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The text styles are outdated so they make the video look old and thrown to getter quickly and lazily. It is also limited to saving outputs in WMV so it is difficult to use it with other video editing software for enhancements. Moreover, it hangs often when I'm working with large file sizes so I have to cut the parts to prevent crashes and wasted time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Windows Movie Maker has helped me come up with advertising videos with the help of simple editing tools. I can do a lot of things on an intuitive and familiar interface that lets me play around with effects and more to increase my editing experience.
