What are the best aspects of this product?

Intuitive software with various types of dashboards and insights. It not only displays data, but it gives you beneficial suggestions on how to improve your online marketing strategy. The product is comprehensive and has all the necessary features and options that I need. Also, customer support is excellent, with extensive blog and forum libraries.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They should provide maybe even more emphasis on CRM integration that works fine but need more incouragement (demos, tutorials, templates) to customers to use them more often.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I didn't have the time in my first months using the product to get to the features that I miss. But I am sure that I will have my say in the next six months when I become entirely comfortable with existing features, and naturally, I would want more.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to have all our online marketing data in one place and to monitor and improve the campaigns.
We were able to increase our ROAS in this short time.
We achieve integration with our CRM software, thus increasing the quality of our leads and customers.
We hope, given enough time to increase our CLV as well.
