I have used the free version and so far I am happy that it is providing me all integration tools

It provides the free version, that gives you time to analyse that , a particular SAAS product given by Windsor.ai is good or not , free version rarely seen so I think it is the best aspect to give user time to make their decision .

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I tried to open on my mobile , but it is slow that device , this is the issue

I am using the free version so let me use that properly then only I can say about that
