What are the best aspects of this product?
The best part of this product is that it has libraries available in various technologies to automate and manage documents.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
A little bit tricker and off-course there is a learning curve involved
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Ability to use existing created document as template and replace the previously merged data.
Maybe an APIs to Version control of document

It can replaced our existing system in which are are using VBA code to merge data in word templates and high maintenance involved in doing that.
