What are the best aspects of this product?

Just about anyone--and I mean anyone ranging from novice to expert--can enjoy the benefits of this product. It’s fairly easy to use and has an impressive structuring system that can organize even the most extensive digital library imaginable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The process of uploading files on Wiredrive can still be trimmed down. Right now its goes as 1) saving the media item first 2) then uploading it on Wiredrive. I think that the first step can stand to be removed from the process.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Not only have we been benefitting from the vast storage area that Wiredrive provides, but we also use if to generate reports to gain more insight into our business. This is indeed a great program to have on our toolbox.
