What are the best aspects of this product?

This software has great organizational tools and it is extremely easy to use and you can easily teach others how it works. There are no problems with video plays and they play smoothly on every device. Changes we make are immediate and easy, we can easily create simple and effective search fields.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have complaint about the price, it seems high when comparing to other tools. Also, It would be greta if they could include an option to make adjusts to the site layout without the need to contact the support team. And they could include customizable user categories because pre-set options do not always meet user’s needs.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to build and send reels and projects immediately, and it makes the whole process painless even for new users.
