What are the best aspects of this product?

We’ve weighed Wiredrive against other similar solutions and have determined it to be the better option. Why? Three things: simplicity, security, and great customer service. First, it has a straightforward layout that leaves no room for confusion. I also feel like our data is properly protected inside this program. And lastly, they have an efficient team working for them too. They have always been quick and willing to respond to our issues.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The environment, as it turns out, is not quite for everyone. A lot of our clients have a hard time navigating through it. As a response, I have had to create some training clips to help them use the platform properly. I wish I didn’t have to go through this step. It would be helpful if the developers would simplify the program further.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Wiredrive mainly as an online resource for all of our media files--and even the media files of our clients. Through it, we’ve been able to easily store and retrieve our data into this cloud-based unit. Searching through folders no longer needs to be a daunting task because Wiredrive can easily locate the files we need from it in just a matter of seconds. As a consequence, we’ve been able to work more quickly and meet more deadlines properly. We finally have an organized library of all of our projects--both current and past--as well.
