What are the best aspects of this product?

With Wiredrive we can easily build and maintain media library and it provides great option to customize the user experience for all the members of the team. I love the reel statistics and analytics data, they are key metrics in our daily analysis of our sales and business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I used other tools similar to this one and I cannot really think of anything to dislike. Even if there is something that doesn’t exist within the system its support team works with us to find workarounds or they simply include new features and tools that we need.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Showing media and reels are important part of our businesses and this tool makes it easy to manage all the media and to share it with our potential clients. One of the greatest benefits that we experience from this tool is the fact that we have whole media library with spots/clips/videos at our fingertips and this helps us to easily build custom presentations and share media with our clients.
