What are the best aspects of this product?

I like its commenting system. The uploading and adding comments with direct links to time stamps is time-saving solution. I don’t have to waste my time in order to find what my clients are referring to.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t like the dedicated popup window when uploading, it would be great if I could move it to the folder I’m in. Other thing that I find annoying is the fact that it requires refreshing the page in order to see the change. Also, I’d like to drag and move files in and out of folders with mouse, becuase selecting and choosing where to move through dropdowns is time-wasting.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to solve the problems wit break down of communications. There are no lost requests and comments via email becuase now everything is with direct feedback on specific project.
