Great service and great product

What are the best aspects of this product?

Wishpond’s interface is extremely easy to use, the design elements are logical and work great. My business requires constant customization because it has lot of facets to it. The product is easy to set up and it meets all our marketing and campaign needs. I have to say that I like their customer service as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t have any dislikes by now.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

My business is around 3 different types of customers: buying customers, clients who need training and clients who need coaching. With Wishpond I am able to manage all of them and it helps me to increase the revenue. I can easily manage my website, and send automated emails, work on expanding social media reach with less time. It saves me lot of time and energy.
