What are the best aspects of this product?

This product has the best customer service today. They are always willing to help and they provide me with best service even though I use their free package. They are always available and I am extremely satisfied with Jordan and Lucy they have helped me a lot, I receive their feedback within minutes. I love the product design and allows me to design own landing page by using only scratch without template.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In my opinion, the product is not as intuitive as it should be. They need to include a user guide that would guide its clients step by step and explain each option/structure and feature in detail. Also, it would be great if they could improve the text handling and the text editing tool bar as well.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The product allows me to create a professional looking and eye-catching landing page, thank you page, it helps me to store email leads for me and to collect more emails. I can keep track of views and conversions and to keep in touch with the leads.
