What are the best aspects of this product?
I’m using Wishpond for various reasons, first of all I’m using WYSIWYG landing page creating, and I’m using it to embed forms, to send automated emails for leads and prospecting. Thanks to all these possibilities that this product offers me with I can focus all my energy and attention to reach my goals without wasting so much time on leads or other things.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The interface and functionality can be different from tool to tool, and this means that we have to re-learn when transferring from WYSIWG to email composer. I think there are different teams that develop the functional content. It would be great if they could include detailed guide when it comes to integrating landing pages into the Google Analytics reporting. When I work on this one it can be really complicated and frustrating.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I am non-technical marketer and I easily learnt how to use this product and manage digital campaigns and webpage creation. I can own marketing automation before including leads over the internal partners.
