What are the best aspects of this product?

Wix makes it possible for the novice developer in creating professional-looking sites. That means not having to know underlying code beforehand. The Wix ADI intelligently works to get your site up and running in as little as several minutes.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would seem like that the header area of their sites is locked down fully to just about everything except their simple tracking code. They do offer the option to include your Google Analytics tracking code in the form of a standalone field. But Wix isn't something you'd go for if you have any intention in adding a third party script directly to the header. While you could include Google Analytics, it's impossible to include code from an agent operating our Google Adwords campaign.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We got rid of hiring a web developer for our corporate sites. It saved us a lot of money. Obviously it's more than just the site's cost building at first sight. You'll need to account for how much it'll cost as a result of making changes.
