Using it is easy but there are limitations to it.

What are the best aspects of this product?

It reminded me so much of Microsoft's Word or Publisher. It made things simpler for me in learning to make my own site. One thing that I appreciate with it is their videos. Their tutroials has everything you need to know.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It has its limitations. But it doesn't function like that of WordPress. I dislike that fact there's never a hotline where we can reach out to a person in real-time for help. What's more, you have a 60-day waiting period to port things in to your site.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Issues that I felt I'm resolving with Wix is saving a lot of money by making own site. With that, I get to learn the process of website building. It's a lot simpler for me in making the necessary changes. This site gives me the freedom to do things.
