PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Highly automated, brings excellent user experience, robust, and is super multifunctional. It seems that we never run out of new learnings about the functions of WizeHive as we continue using the tool. It has made many of our operations highly intuitive that we do not need to spend long hours to complete hard yearly tasks. Say, it is easier for applicants to fill their application forms, upload their requirements, attach and modify recommender information, submit new recommender, and send automatic notifications. Since applicants can complete these tasks on their own, our staff don’t need to add them to actual working hours anymore. Moreover, WizeHive has helped us a huge sum of cash because it has made much other software obsolete in our operations. We do not need a separate CRM, applicant tracker, onboarding tool, email merger, survey administrator, business intelligence data manager, and other essential programs. Plus, WizeHive comes with convenient Zapier plugins that boost the platform’s capabilities up to a few great notches.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

WizeHive comes with great potential that is very difficult to learn. It is a good thing, however, that Zengine provides overwhelming great support for its platform. The onboarding team has worked with us to shape WizeHive according to our specific demands and identify the amount of support that we need. They’ve continuously worked with us until we are completely confident about the training, trials and tool management that we execute. Its user support staff are all competent enough about their product with excellent response time too. They utilize articles, videos and webinars, among other materials, to help us understand some other functions within WizeHive, and we regularly receive emails that carry impressive system changelogs. Currently, WizeHive has fully suited itself into our system after the support team has made big changes to the platform for us.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Useful for our application processes, as well as for applicant selection, onboarding and tracking. We also use it for monitoring surveys as well as for managing our alumni. All in one highly secured and integrated environment. We do not need to depend on Google Drive and other G-Suite products anymore. It has helped us save a huge chunk of our time and has made Google Sheet and Doc unnecessary. Moreover, it has made it unneeded for us to open and use multiple Chrome tabs for using various templates, applications, documents, surveys, etc., since this single platform can cover all tasks seamlessly.
