What are the best aspects of this product?

I started working with our program department when they’re already running WizeHive. From the beginning, I’ve noticed that Zengine provides great and quality support to the users of their product. They’ve properly introduced WizeHive to me and guided me as a newbie user with helpful learning materials around. This is specifically for me to learn the custom system that they have made for our program department. Additionally, they’re always up when we have something to ask, clarify, or when we need help. They professionally inform us about the capabilities and limitations of the platform too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is somehow difficult to browse, considering some restrictions that are present in the tool. I also wish that there’d be a convenient alert system for notifying us about the new update. This is helpful since we still need to request help when integrating new plugins. WizeHive is an ever-improving platform, and many updates are rolled out regularly. Such an alert system would really be great.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

WizeHive has provided a great solution for us, as I’ve mentioned in its pros. Its support is really fantastic when I need help with some issues, demands, problems, etc.
