What are the best aspects of this product?

Using Mathematica gave me more opportunities to learn how to present my data consistently and accurately. It would help if you had time to figure things out, then afterward, you become more confident with the quality of your work. I like that I can refer to its modules when I need some questions to be answered.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Do not expect to be a Mathematica expert right away or even overnight because this can't happen. The program itself is meant for advanced users, so you need to learn how to use the commands correctly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I do a lot of comparative research and some work on our backend, including developing more internal tools. I find Mathematica way too advanced from its competitors to build a more comprehensive data layout and KPI's for our stakeholders to understand. Once you'd get the hang of how Mathematica works, I wear that you'd be way ahead of your peers in terms of reporting and data science.
