What are the best aspects of this product?

The implementation process is relatively smooth. We have it up and running in less than an hour. I am glad that it exceeded our expectations plus the customer service staff is always attentive to our concerns. We didn't realize that the program itself would be too costly on our end. Obtaining a license would require us to shell out a significant amount of money, so we have to use it as often as possible.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our department is in charge of doing intensive research on various topics that aim to provide a breakthrough in medicine. We must conduct many research, stats, and analysis, which is very hard to do. Manual computations are not advisable because it increases the room for mistakes which we cannot afford. That is why Mathematica is the genius behind all our work.
